Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components like the power adapter and lamp arm are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
